RecommendedBest place in Memphis to buy a car.. but the service dept is the best ever!!! Personal Experience here time and time again has me going back for regular maintenance issues. Oil changes and tires. Highly recommend. Well worth driving across town for.
Had a fine dealing when buying the car but have not yet received floor mats, cup holder sleeves, and spare keys like I was promised. When I've called to ask I've been told twice they'd been shipped and nothing ever showed up. It's been 5 months and still nothing
Drove almost two hours for crap . Never ever again will i drive all that way . Because they could’ve told me all of that over the phone . I told them upfront how i was coming & i expected the same from them . But glad for the experience, but never ever will i ever again go there !!!! And they took too long as well !!! To not have me in a vehicle when i left .
I would refer them to anyone!! Great people and service!
I needed the airbags replaced due to a recall. I was pleasantly surprised by the time I had to wait. 40 minutes...to be honest, i wouls make the trip from Nashville to Memphis for my repairs on my Saab. I will be using them again.
