Saab Hawaii = Poor Service I agree with the previous person these guys don't sell very many cars so their only real way to make money is on services which are over inflated. The last time I took my car in for an oil change and inspection I was charged nearly $300, no tire rotatation or anything. Even had some random charge for shop supplies. Service Ripoff! Service is a COMPLETE ripoff. They want $135 for an oil change. Goodyear will do it across the street for $27! Big ups! Big Ups! to my Saab dealer. I had a problem with the AC on my 2003 Saab 9-3. Hard times calls for doing what you can on your own, well after getting $1200.00 an estimate I replaced my AC compressor on my own. Part $300.00, special tool $35.00, used of stall at auto hobby shop $12.00. I call my Saab dealer to see if they would refill and check, NO joy. They suggested that I take it somewhere else. I decide to finish the job by using the auto hobby shop offered to the military. Cost me $45.00!!! Saab would have charge... read more
good and personable I went to the dealership on two different occasions to inquire about their new cars. The manager remembered me. I realize that all of the salesmen want to sell cars and get their commission but they believe that their car is the best.
