Went in for a pedi arrived at 12:20p said they could get me in about 10 min and put me to soak... advised I needed to be out by 1:30p - ladies said yes no problem! I sat in water for 25 min then was told, sorry can’t get you unless you wait for another 30 min. When I expressed my concern one acted like she didn’t care and the other just laughed. I distinctly asked if it was possible for a reason- if there is uncertainty in your business/time management then please say so. I would have appreciated honesty up front.
