Worst experience ever! Super rude customer service, was cut and bleeding, wrong color, dirty equipment!! I will be contacting better business bureau about that! What’s sad is I go all the time and I’m a regular, normally I tip 20% but this time I was so shocked at the service I received. I went today and was told it would be $45 �for the Dip I asked for 3 red nails 2 a light brown and 2 with a Marvel looking design I got 10 rhinestones they ended up charging me $80 ���and when I ask why... they said oh it's the design WHAT design??!! The one I got on 2 of my nails?! Smh I’ve been going there for a while now and I’ve gotten a lot done and never has it been $80 especially for 2 nails.
