Great people, sense of community. Excellent classes, really a group effort. Can't wait to go back after surgery.
I’ve attended several powerlifting meets here, and it’s a fantastic facility overall. The warmup area is well-equipped, and the hosting capabilities are excellent, with top-tier CrossFit equipment. The only downside is the limited number of restrooms, which can be an issue for accommodating large groups of lifters. Aside from that, it’s a great venue for meets and training alike.
