This is because Mr. Sadlak has had numerous lawsuits filed against him by former clients whose finances he has mishandled. In one such case Mr. Sadlak took advantage of a disabled vulnerable elderly couple and as a result of his poor behavior has caused a tremendous financial hardship for them.
