This jewelry store has the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. My mother passed away ten years ago, and I finally go the courage to take some of her jewelry to Silverberg today, to ask for a written appraisal on a few items, both for insurance and for sale. In 2009 I made a visit to a couple of jewelry stores to get prices on gold weight on some items. Bernie Silverberg greeted me with a very friendly and professional attitude. Bernie Silverberg did give me a good fair value price and he was a trustworthy person regarding business; therefore, I highly recommend this jewelry store with excellent confidence. They are the best! We've been going there for almost thirty years and have always gotten what I wanted. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It is a very high quality store.

I love Silverberg Jewelers. Although I don't buy much new jewelry anymore, they are my go to place for repairs, etc. The last time I went in, they repaired my watch, and even replaced a small stone (chip) on the bezel free. When my husband thought that he needed a new crystal in his watch, they buffed it out (free) and it looked beautiful. Also, Silverbergs donates their time free for appraisals, etc. for Assistance League of Tucson. Thanks Silverbergs!
There are SO many jewelry stores and I have had the pleasure of being in many of them over the last 40 years. Silverberg's have a beautiful jewelry store in the Williams Centre and some people think they can not afford to shop there because the store looks so expensive. That is not true. It took a lot of years, blood, sweat, tears and savings to build that store, so don't let the look scare you away.
