So I just got off the phone with the receptionist who was less than accommodating. I was looking to have something done next week, but all of the stylist apparently go home by 4. I told her what I wanted and she gave me a time that I couldn't do so we found a time that did work and after the fact told me it was not on the day we originally set. I was not satisfied with the haircut I received by Charlotte a few weeks ago. The cut was not anywhere close to what I asked for and was crooked and choppy. When I came in it seemed as though she was behind schedule and was therefore rushing the appointment along and didn't even check to see if it was even after blow drying it. She then proceeded to curl it so I wasn't able to see the extent of it until I got home and washed it the next day.
