Dishonest, rude, has no integrity. They sold me a house that they flipped but had obviously not done an inspection on first before selling in a short sale, forcing people to outbid each other in a short period. On inspection that I paid for, there were MAJOR issues that I had to demand were fixed before I signed. Water heater was out, electric panel needed to be replaced because it was so old, roof had major leaks and damage, HVAC barely worked. Upon moving into a rental home of S&S Texas Properties LLC on 11/03/2018 I have had sewage back flow (feces & dubrie) into both bathtubs and water / urine flood both bathrooms from under the toilet seal. A day and a half after the first incident they sent someone out to snake the drains and now 10 days later I am in the same situation. These people claim to be Christian's but what they have done to our family was horrendous. Rented a house in January 2018. Septic problems started on day 46. Their answer was to evict us because they had no money to invest in property. March 9th. Limbs fell from a tree and tore hole in roof. Mind you, I had literally begged them to trim tree and they refused. Refused to allow me to do it because of liability . Damage was not fixed until August 26th. They have absolutely no business in the real estate business.
I purchased a house from this company. For most of the process they were fine. This is an investment company, so I recommend inspecting any remodeling work closely. My experience was that if anything does not go smoothly with the buyer's lending process, this company exploits it to their advantage. The worst part was that we were allowed to lease and move-in prior to closing, allowing us to think we still had an agreement.
