I stored my things here for 4 years (starting with S&S Storage) and always paid my rent on time. Since new management took over late last year, the on-site office hasn't been staffed, which makes communication tricky. When planning my move-out, I called on the 3rd and was told I could get a prorated refund if I moved out by the 5th. I busted my butt to get everything out on the 4th, only to be told when I called back that they don't do prorated refunds.
