I had my roof completely replaced three years ago. I was so satisfied I highly recommended them to people in my community and they have done several roofs Alta customer satisfaction! They are friendly, professional and do quality work for an excellent price! I’m a 70 year old woman and was not taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any roof replacements or repairs.
After signing the contract work had to wait to begin until the insurance payment came in. During that time we received calls every couple of days asking if we were ready to begin work. I explained that I was not able to continue taking these calls during my work day and had them call my husband after they tried to increase the price on me. They did honor the original price when speaking to my husband. Eventually, they came out and did the work. However, the work was subpar. They damaged the soffit and wanted to argue about r... read more
