Staff acted like I was an idiot for asking questions. I was a brand new pool owner and just needed chemicals. They acted like I was completely interrupting their day when no one else was in the store.

From planning to construction, Melissa and Steve were AMAZING!! I gave Melissa a list of things we wanted and she made it happen within our budget. There were plenty of times for her to up-sell us and she didn’t! We even had all the extra concrete work done with them too. They told us 5 weeks to complete and they met that deadline WITH a week off for the holiday and rain putting them behind. We are so happy with our pool and our friends and family love it too!
The process of having our in-ground, salt water pool with a vinyl liner installed by S&S was extremely pleasant and we would highly recommend them. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable; they did a great job managing our expectations and preparing us for each phase of the installation process, as well as educating us on maintaining our pool after it was complete. Very pleased with our in-ground, vinyl liner, salt system pool from S&S! It was completed in March 2017 and has already had lots of use as well as compliments.
Melissa & Steve are awesome! The are easy to work with, respond quickly when you reach out to them, are great listeners, & make sure that you are pleased with their work! I will refer all my friends to S&S Pools!
