I am not a good shopper. I get easily overwhelmed, tired, and impatient. After wandering through many stores in the SF Gift Center for 4 hours, I was feeling discouraged that I would be able to find what I was looking for. I found Usha and her family when I went to the Jewelry Mart to buy an engagement ring. I had looked through almost every store in the mart because I wanted a 2 carat emerald cut, and they are not very common. Each store might have one or 2 of varying qualities and the prices were relatively consistent across stores. Updated review: Usha contacted me and offered to fix my bracer free of charge. They used a different jeweler this time. She went above and beyond, even met me outside when I couldn’t find a parking spot. Bracelet looks great. Great customer service. Review is for the jeweler they use not the store itself, I bought my two diamond bracelets here, one of them is totally fine but another one broke after 3 wears. They fixed it but the color is black where they fixed it and it bends in a weird way. I took it to another place and they told me that whoever fixed it did not do it properly and it will break again. I guess I have to wait until it breaks to have it repaired properly:(
