I found Usha and her family when I went to the Jewelry Mart to buy an engagement ring. I had looked through almost every store in the mart because I wanted a 2 carat emerald cut, and they are not very common. Updated review: Usha contacted me and offered to fix my bracer free of charge. They used a different jeweler this time. She went above and beyond, even met me outside when I couldn’t find a parking spot. Bracelet looks great. Great customer service. They fixed it but the color is black where they fixed it and it bends in a weird way. I took it to another place and they told me that whoever fixed it did not do it properly and it will break again. I guess I have to wait until it breaks to have it repaired properly:(
