This review is long over due and my apologies to Usha for taking so long. I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from S&S Brothers. Their mother, Usha was so helpful and provided me with an education on jewelry. I finally got the diamond earrings I've been wanting for 16 years and every time I wear them, I get compliments and LOVE how they look on me. I am not a good shopper. I get easily overwhelmed, tired, and impatient. After wandering through many stores in the SF Gift Center for 4 hours, I was feeling discouraged that I would be able to find what I was looking for. S&S was the last store we entered, and at that point, I was already hangry and prepared to be disappointed once again. I found Usha and her family when I went to the Jewelry Mart to buy an engagement ring. I had looked through almost every store in the mart because I wanted a 2 carat emerald cut, and they are not very common. Each store might have one or 2 of varying qualities and the prices were relatively consistent across stores. Usha was very understanding of my goal and actually suggested a stone that was slightly under 2 carats (1.8).
