I have been working with Dr. Siddiqui in a professional setting for a while now. I have referred all of my clients to be under Dr. Siddiqui's care. He is extremely helpful and patient with the people he see's. He is very supportive of his clients and makes sure they get the help needed. SSBH is one of the best psychiatric practices I have been to. They are timely in returning phone calls, were kind to me as a patient, had scheduling availability ( I was looking for an appointment for months and they accommodated me) within a few weeks, and Dr. Siddiqui always responds to his pages. A few times I had an urgent question, and he called me back right away. The office staff was very helpful. Rude and entitled staff It took 3 phone calls to get my appointment scheduled. This would have been my first appt with Dr. Siddiqui. The night before my scheduled appointment my son was rushed to urgent care and was scheduled for an MRI the following day at the same time as my doctor appt with Siddiqui. I called in the morning to cancel my appt and was told I'd have to pay $50 cancellation fee. I was not informed of such fee prior to this.
