Bad , stay away, do not let them service anything in your home
Still waiting on them after 3 weeks so far running out of clothes about 9 loads in now man said it was a 10 min job but yet takes 3 weeks to order the part
They came to us through our warranty company. Had a whirlpool Duet. The guy said we needed a new control board and ordered one. Took the old board, which was not his. MONTHS later when they returned, they said we then needed some supporting component of the board. Had to get warranty approval. Then we were ghosted and they sent a better company out. A more reputable company came out and told us the control board he put in was from an entirely different model. The supporting component(forget the part name) was no longer avail... read more
Had a service call routed here via a warranty for a fridge. Tech came out and investigated the external panel to check the compressor. No problem with the compressor but it was having issues icing up. Gave some supposition about the defrost wire coming loose, but never actually bothered opening up the interior panel to check. Said he couldn't do anything, took my money, and left. Got a local repair man to come out, and within an hour he had seen the issue, got into the correct panel, and found the wire. Much cheaper and actu... read more
