Waited a week for the warranty appointment. Tech said he showed up and called and knocked and then left after THREE MINUTES. I've been up since 6 am waiting and he never did any of that. I wasn't waiting another week so I fixed it myself in 10 min. After seeing these reviews I'm glad the appointment didn't happen. Seems like I dodged a bullet and will be doing any and all future repairs on my own things since this is the only available company and you can't rely on them. The technician they sent to my house showed up without what he needed to complete any kind of inspection on the appliance. He was extremely nasty. Smelt like he had not bathed in forever and slept in cigarettes. He was in my home for less than 3 minutes and I smelled him for hours. I did not feel comfortable with him in my home with myself and children. Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. S&S has been absolutely terrible. They were scheduled to service my refrigerator under my Whirlpool warranty since they are the only company that services this area. My first appointment was in early December, and my refrigerator is still not working. They are unreliable, and the service has been extremely frustrating. I do not understand why Whirlpool would continue to use a company with such poor service and reviews.
Bad , stay away, do not let them service anything in your home
Still waiting on them after 3 weeks so far running out of clothes about 9 loads in now man said it was a 10 min job but yet takes 3 weeks to order the part
