Jake at S&R did a fantastic job fixing a faulty damper on our A/C unit today. I called him at 9:45AM and after asking about our availability, he said he'd do his best to swing by close of business the next day. He called back at 12:45PM the same day to let me know he had an opening and would be at our house in 30 minutes. He did a complete examination of our system, narrowed in on the problematic damper, and even happened to have the right replacement unit in his truck. Woke up on Easter Sunday with no hot water in our 2 year old home ! Panic set in, reached out to friends who HIGHLY referred S & R Heating. Called them not expecting to answer Easter Sunday. They did! And stopped by on the way to his own Easter Sunday dinner !!! Long story short a few hours later we have hot water again! Advised to call back next day if any water leaking.
