Randy is a fair and honest mechanic and that is hard to find.
I just had Norm’s do a valve job. I wish I didn’t wait so long, the car has a lot more power. it’s been my experience that norms has always been upfront and honest. Hard to find these days.
So went to have a key made for a Ford with the passive anti theft system, only have 1 key and an aftermarket radio so must be plugged into computer and programmed. Well, i had purchased the wrong transponder key (2 different kinds for my model year), they tried and tried to program, reprogram, etc, all to no avail. No telling how much shop time they wasted, when I picked it up, they did not charge me for the attempts or shop time, much to my extreme surprise!!
