My Cedars Sinai physician ordered STAT imaging, which should have meant same day or next day. Taper acknowledged that the order was indeed in the system as STAT, but they scheduled me for 4 months (!!!) out and refused any type of help or explanation for why the scheduling was different from what my physician said I could expect based on the urgency of my issue. I must agree with the other horrible reviews. Place was awful. Most painful mammogram I’ve had. The technician had no bedside manners, waited 10 days to finally get a message that I need more images. Stressful as it is, now 10 days later nobody calls me and I can’t get through to schedule the additional images. I’m going to look for a different place to now do it all over again. I used cedars for all my doctors appointments but this experience just left me so disappointed I don’t want to step foot in their fasciities again.
Check in was odd. Check in was wierd and confusing. I was told to go to the front desk who then redirected me to check in at a kiosk instead. When I am finally called they don't believe I am the person cause in the end no one checked me in even though they were not very busy. and I had gone through the kiosk as instructed. When taken back to the changing area although they have lockers for your belongings they do not let you use them and make you carry your belongings which was off for an imaging place.
