SCAMMERS!!!! I applied to an apartment 10 days ago and have received no update whatsoever. They don’t answer my phone calls. The voicemail box is full., I honestly truly believe these are scammers and they scammed me out of $150. I am so sorry to the people that also get scammed with this “management” Group. Scammers, stay far away from this company. Very unprofessional and wants to know all of your personal information. Not worth the headache.
A couple pictures of what to expect from their "24 hour security cameras"
Slum lords. They ripped up the flooring a year ago and it still has not been replaced. So there’s a mixture of plywood and concrete floors throughout causing a mess inside. They left rusty metal rods out and I got cut. The garage door is broken often and has made me late for work. Every package is stolen because they refuse to put up cameras. Doors and walls are covered in concrete debris and the floors are peeling everywhere. The doors do not close properly and homeless people get in the building.
Very very very unprofessional and unsanitary. Had viewings for there 7th listing just to waste my time. Took them almost 2 weeks to reply to me about my application just to deny me because I called them out on there unprofessionalism. Do not rent. Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
