We have been using S & M for 2 decades. They listen to our issues and offer solutions while explaining the pros and cons. A few months ago, we fully expected to be told that furnace had bit the dust as our home will be 20 years old. They assured us it had more life in it and the fix would be a simple one. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. It’s nice to know there are still reputable companies that the consumer can trust. S & M is certainly in that category.

I was referred to this company by Home Warranties of America. They were to come out to my home on Friday, 9/4/20 between 9 and 12 for a recall. They were to recheck a problem with my heat pump that they had previously serviced. They never showed nor called! I called the warranty company and was told that the technician would be to my home in an hour. Again, no call no show!
