S&L is the management company for my HOA. Every time you try to call with an issue nobody answers the phone or returns messages. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this company. Absolutely horrible for what I pay every month.
Very well represented by Rosie who is always courteous, smiling and handles situations very professionally......At the moment my husband and I are having a disagreement with the Board of Directors. We are fully aware that Rosie reports to our board however she is also representing 525 residents. Seven board member's should not decide and vote on issues for 525 home owners. The lady in charge of our units is incredibly rude. They send me letters about every little thing yet their president brakes the rules and they do nothing. They r rediculous and rude!
