My wife and I had the worst experiences dealing with this property management company, specifically the owner. Her approach was extremely unprofessional. No matter if it was a question or a request, her tone was irritable and aggressive each time she spoke to us directly. This approach was taken even before we purchased a property this company managed, and very nearly led to us to backing out of the contract. It was a very poor experience overall.

They dont talk to renters, It's true, and they think all renters don't care. They aren't aware of problems in the property they manage. The property they manage may looks good with nice lawns, but the riffraff who live in these condos ruin it for everyone.
