Don't waste your time with this company. I had an appointment with them today. My original appointment time frame was from 9am to 11am. I received a call from their scheduling technician at 9:49, stating the technician was running behind. She then asked to push back the time to 11am to 1pm. I informed her that I had another obligation at that time the technician needed to be here by 11. The technician showed up at 11:50. He was unequppied to properly assess the issue. Stephen and the S&L team did a great job replacing our 18 year old system throughout the process. The quotes for the replacement options were clear and transparent. We opted for an upgrade and have been very pleased with the cooling performance, the humidity management feature, a significant reduction in noise level and the ability to control remotely via our phone. They also followed up to see how the system was working. We highly recommend them!
