Steven, from S & L, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We ended up purchasing a replacement furnace after ours stopped working. He was very upfront when discussing our options. He even got us a couple upgrades. Installation was clean and relatively quick. We are pleased with our. Experience and plan to use S & L for future needs.
For the FOURTH time now, Stephen and the folks at S and L heating and cooling came through! We had a gas regulator valve go bad on a furnace on Halloween night by Monday morning they were there to verify the gas company diagnosis and have the part ordered from the warehouse.
