S&K Service began in 1974 as a partnership between a son, Sackett and his Step-Father, Knight. It grew in the eighties in the Seattle area doing mainly home remodeling and some small to medium scope commercial projects. In the nineties it moved to a more residential focus with a drive to rehab and repair destroyed homes to make them habitable again. It maintained consistent steam through the 2000’s doing home remodeling and turning basements into living space.

I was told by another roofer that I would need a new roof in 5 years. . . 10 years later, S & K recovered my house and detached garage, shaped like a barn, in a day and for less than it would have cost me by the other roofer! It was amazing to watch the team! They also use a local supplier, Penhallurick's True Value!
S&K did an awesome job on our roof replacement. They did everything they promised in a very professional manner. The entire crew was fantastic. Very courteous and helpful. These guys gave us the best quote by far and did an amazing job putting a new roof on our home! The crew were fast (2 days) and efficient, pleasant to be around, and were just great! We are at 246 Maringo rd. in Ephrata, Wa if you want to drive by!
S&K were very professional from the start to finish. The crew were hard working and consistently showed up until the job was finished. They even took down my Christmas lights! Thanks for the beautiful new roof!
