Dr. Spurlin and her staff have impeccable customer service, and handled my three children (6 and under) simultaneously with grace and the highest level of patience and professionalism. Ellen has worked on me as well and took the time to explain everything in detail to help me (and my children) understand what is happening. I appreciate the entire staff from the front desk to the chair. I’m so thankful for them and all they have done.
Dr. Spurlin has been my doctor since she worked at a dental office by Lowe’s. When I found out she moved and had her own practice I moved with her. Why? Because it’s hard enough to keep up with people that are good at what they do. We moved to Ft Rucker in 2013 and I have been seeing her. Fast forward to 2019 now our whole family comes here. She is professional at what she does. The facility is always clean and very welcoming. And the staff here are always friendly and always take the time to answer any of my 1000 questions.... read more
My best dentist experience in years! Dr. Spurlin cares and makes sure your pain free!
They needed to refer me to another dentist for surgery and never bothered to send it. So months later I called the other one and was told they never received a referral and now have to wait 2 more months to see the other dentist.
I went to Dr. Spurlin with a genuine fear of the dentist, and I made this clear from the moment I made the appointment. I went to get my teeth cleaned — 3rd time in my life, that’s how scared I am — and it was recommended to me to have my wisdom teeth removed, so I scheduled that with an oral surgeon. Between the teeth cleaning and the removal, I had intense tooth pain. I called twice, left messages, and never received a call back. I ended up going to the ER.
