I was very pleased with Jess’ work! I was nervous because I’ve only ever had two people work on my hair: the first being when I was younger, the second being a family member. Jess was very understanding about that and my anxiety. She put me at ease and listened to what I wanted, but also gave great advice, which showed her experience and knowledge. I wanted subtle highlights added to my dark brown hair, and she delivered just that! I couldn’t have been happier, and definitely recommend her!
Been going to Stephen for many years. He is consistent and pays great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
