When my original dress was ordered wrong by another company and I only had 30 days to find a new one, RL Bridal and Prom made sure I was taken care of. They were more than accommodating with my needs of a dress since I’m 5’11” and would need length added. I can’t even explain how great my experience was here!! They were my first appointment out of 7 for a weekend and I cancelled the rest because this is where I got to say “yes” to the BEST dress!
The girls here are wonderful! They really make you feel beautiful! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I absolutely adore this shop!!! I started shopping here as a sophomore in high school and just recently bought my wedding dress here!! 2 prom dresses , 4 pageant gowns, and 1 wedding dress later, I have never been happier with my experiences. The ladies in the shop were wonderful and helped me try on dresses for literal hours when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. They never once made me feel like the 18th dress might be an inconvenience. They are incompetent to say the least.
I was promised improvements/changes on the dress I purchased here and after over 10 fittings (each fitting going worse than the one before) and a lot of $$ later.. I had to give up my dream dress and accept something I never wanted because they couldn’t deliver. Even after giving up on what they promised they could do (which was add sleeves to my originally spaghetti strap dress) they couldn’t get the strapless that I settled on right either.
