My husband is recovering from a severe TBI that left him with spasticity and contractions of his tendon in arms and shoulders. Dr. Payne is caring and understanding. He has done wonders and now my husband arms are straight again and back to feeding himself. Thank you Dr. Payne for all that you've done and still doing to make him completely functional again.
