I have been with S&H for a few years and the service is impeccable. Mrs. Julie is always concerned about my needs and if I am be treated properly. My aids have always been polite, professional, and very respectful of myself and my home. If there is ever anything that I have needed, I can just call the office and speak to one of the staff members and they always very polite and quick on the response time in taking care of me. My experience working for this home care agency was very disappointing. Throughout my employment, I encountered what I believed to be unprofessional communication and a lack of transparency regarding payroll and workplace concerns.In my personal experience, the owner, Julie, and her niece, Sadaka, were unprofessional and their interactions with me, and I did not feel supported by the office staff. Julie, The owner, is amazing. Her and her team, amazing. I have a home care agency myself in another city, so you can imagine finding quality care is very important to me. They took care of my mother temporarily while I was out of town, and the quality of care she received was comparable to the care I would provide if I was there myself. Which is so hard to find. S & H HomeCare is the only company you should use. There simply is no other choice.
