I ordered a kitchen faucet, which was a special order. I gave them $900 as a deposit and never saw the faucet. I contacted them multiple times to try and resolve this but no avail. I would never recommend doing business with S&H hardware

This is the worst hardware store probably ever. You would be better off talking to the wall then trying to work with these people. I don’t even think they know what customer service means. I came here seeking repairs for a piece of equipment. Not only could they not fix it, I now no longer have that equipment due to neglect and lack of care from the employees at this store. DONT GO HERE!! Bunch of scamers and con artists. I brought them a powerwasher to be fixed under warranty, and in the 3 weeks of back and fourth with the warranty company, they called me twice (no voicemail), so when I called back they said we "threw it away". Powerwasher was there for exactly 1 month. They will rip you off first chance they get. Overall very untrust worthy people. Go to any other hardware store, you wont regret it.
