I ordered a kitchen faucet, which was a special order. I gave them $900 as a deposit and never saw the faucet. I contacted them multiple times to try and resolve this but no avail. I would never recommend doing business with S&H hardware
If y'all NEED "it" S&H has it!! IF "THEY" don't have IT... you didn't REALLY need it👌
Very nice and helpful people. I am very upset that they are going out of business. The store is mostly empty.
This is the worst hardware store probably ever. You would be better off talking to the wall then trying to work with these people. I don’t even think they know what customer service means. I came here seeking repairs for a piece of equipment. Not only could they not fix it, I now no longer have that equipment due to neglect and lack of care from the employees at this store.
