Currently counting the minutes until this install and work is finally done. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company, ever. A 2 week job has turned into a 5 week job. Terrible communication, and even after expressing our frustrations numerous times, the issues just continue. No one is organized, no one is on the same page and we continue to get invalid information. Never, ever use this company. $12K is a lot of money to spend to have a company “operate” this way. Too bad that customers are left with shoddy work and no one who cares. My son had new tile put in Sept 18. A few months later, most of it is coming up. One of S & H Flooring installers told him it was installed improperly but S & H wants ignore him and not return calls. Terry James
