I absolutely love Dr Klein! I have been going to him for 20+ years. He truly cares for his patients and takes time to sit and listen, then walks you through the best course of action. My husband even changed to him and loves him as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else like I do him. Best Dr ever.
Dr. Klein was actually fine and seemed like a reasonable doctor that isn't trying to push you into medical treatments and was easy to talk to. This low review is for one of the front desk staff. I'm a new patient and had just given this person my new patient info packet that had all of my insurance info on it. I was trying to double check that the lab I was being referred to was in the insurance network as I have had issues with this in the past.
