The roof in question is 20 years old and there has never been an issue of leaks or ice damming until AFTER the roof was replaced by S&D. We now have mold, mildew, drywall damage in 2 parts of our home. Sam Martel one of the owners does not take responsibility for his crews work and makes excuses for my legitimate concerns. Please repair the problem, I should not have to deal with leaks after you put on a new roof. Downspouts not properly installed and missing flashing.
