I've been trying to get my diabetic shoes for over a year first they didn't order it second they sent them back cuz the wrong size wrong color third they send my back again claiming that I didn't answer the phone they sent me a letter which they didn't so I'm giving them a one star bad service
Unresponsive, uncaring and completely unprofessional. Case in point, the last time I was in the office I overheard the owner saying to another customer he has “no idea what the girls on the CPAP side do” and it really shows too when the owner lets them do as they please without appropriate supervision.
I have used Crystal at Baker Medical for years dealing with my sleep apnea. Such knowledge, experience and great customer care. I’d go no where else. I’d highly recommend them.
I am so glad Mobile Infirmary sent me here for my cpap machine, Abby helped with my insurance and even though they had people on vacation she made sure I was comfortable with everything and didn’t rush me I really appreciated that because this is my first cpap Thanks again Abby look forward to working with y’all on my breathing therapy I already am sleeping better
Generally, a unprofessionally run office. My CPAP tech is habitually late for our scheduled appointments and needs me to remind her of re-supply needs that should be routine. Plus, during my most recent appointment there was a woman asleep at her desk both before and after my appointment. Pretty sad.
