Ordered the Jumbo, website did work so called and places it over the phone. Wasn't in stock and like others, no one knew when it was coming in, but was OK to wait. After over a month I cancelled and found exactly what I was looking for on eBay. Colleen understood and initiated my refund. She even called to see how I liked my Beugler and made sure I got my refund. Not sure who their supplier is but it's unfortunate that they lose business this way. I would have liked to support them.
Ordered a pinstripe tool 6+ months ago. Always an excuse and now I give up. Lady who responds to emails is responsive and really good at excuses but not very good at not stealing your money! $300 down the drain. Scam website avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Avoid ordering anything from this company. I ordered a pinstriping tool three months ago. After several phone calls asking where it was and being assured it was on its way I finally gave up. I asked for a refund which still has not come through over a month later. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. Very unprofessional, untruthful and poor follow through.
