Terrible in every way—the car has problems, and they don't keep their word; it’s one thing when they’re selling it, but afterwards, they don't follow through on what was agreed upon.
Un lugar donde no le hacen los servicios mínimos a los autos antes de venderlos, te venden un cacharro como si fuera un Mercedes del año y te hacen firmar un documento que los exonera de reparaciones..por suerte existe protección al consumidor y es entre otras cosas a lo que estamos apostando para que nos devuelvan nuestro dinero… estafadores, esa es la definición exacta.. no vengan a este sitio, cuiden su dinero…
If I could give negative stars, I would. This dealership showed a complete lack of respect for my time. After a full week of conversations with Samuel and a confirmed appointment for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, I arrived to find a locked door, no staff waiting, and no vehicle. Then the excuses started.
