I had the worst service ever with this property agency S A Thomson & Nery's & Co. - MOONEE PONDS, especially the staff Cheryl Way, as their customer service was extremely poor and follow-up lacking; they only sent me the contract to sign a month after I moved in, took three or four attempts to modify and update my contact information successfully, wrote the wrong rental amount on the contract, failed to make promised repairs before my move-in, blamed a former employee for their shortcomings, and had a terrible attitude durin... read more
