My insurance sent them to estimate my roofing claim. I’ve never known them before, honestly, I was lazy to shop around, though. So, I decided to let them do the job. Nate Johnson was my contact point. He was friendly, pleasant to communicate and work with. The job was done on time with a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!
Nate from S&A construction was a joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth. This was greatly appreciated, as I know very little about roofing. Nate came out and understood exactly what the problem was on our house. His team came out and fixed the problems and everything went smooth smoothly. The lead construction guy, Josh, did a great job. Congrats to him and his team for the diligent work. The cost came in around the original estimate, even though I asked for a few additional things to be put on. I would definitely recommend this company for your house issues.
Nate and his team were great to work with. We worked with S&A after our house flooded during a severe storm. It was an incredibly stressful time but the crew did an amazing job taking my family into account while taking care of the water damage. Nate kept me informed daily of the progress. I live in an old home in College Hill and contacted S&A because they are one of only two companies certified in lead abatement in Wichita (that do residential anyway). I had a very large scope of work that was still being defined, mainly including doors and windows with lead paint that needed to be either stripped or encapsulated.
