Ramin was simply incredible and more than worth the money he charged, which was extremely reasonable for his profession. I am in escrow on a house that had potential foundation concerns, and the company that did the foundation inspection recommended that we get a structural engineer to inspect the house. Being a homeowner in Los Angeles, I am always concerned about earthquakes. Just to put my fears to rest I decided to do seismic retrofit to my house. The engineer was very knowledgeable and explained his plans clearly. He took time and answered all my doubts and questions.
