I NEVER write reviews but Mohammed is really one of a kind. On the coldest day I've ever seen in New York he came on the same day when my tenants were experiencing heating issues with the HVAC system. He was clear, patient, and quite punctual (I've had to wait 3 hours one time for another HVAC company's technician and they didn't even apologize). I don’t usually write a review but felt it was necessary to share my experience In dealing with R&Z Air Conditioning. Choosing the right person you can trust is very difficult especially being a 76 year old female with absolutely no knowledge of air conditioning.
