This firm was the worst of my life, closing a very simple car accident case in 3 years. Even when the other party was 100% at fault, they settled the case for an amount that was far from enough to compensate me for the damages I suffered in the accident. I suffered more emotional damage from this firm for 3 years than from the actual accident, and I decided to drop the case because I didn't want to deal with them anymore.
