Doctors and nurses are great. Front desk Staff have always been cordial. However, today when I came in a receptionist late 50s to mid 60s was extremely condescending and rude. I forgot my insurance card. She told me she could dismiss me. she was extremely condescending, this was perhaps, because I’m a younger patient. The very first thing I said to her was hello I have an appointment at 8:50, she immediately laughed at me and said ummmm okay well you need to sign in. Person centered , knowledgeable and takes time w his patients
Staff was not very nice to me on the phone. Dr didn't believe me. Not the office for me!!!!
Very kind and explains everything before he gives a diagnosis or treatment. He is compassionate and understanding with any insecurities or questionable situations. Great doctor and staff!!!
