I had an incredibly scary encounter today with the Rytech Truck on I-4 near the Lee Road exit today where I was run off the road and into the shoulder by two men in their company truck when they tried entering the lane I was in. Not only did I have to swerve off the road to avoid being hit, but the two men in the truck did not slow down to let me back over once they realized they almost caused a collison, instead choosing to pass me and leaving me stranded on the shoulder during rush hour.
Rob came out right away at 8 pm and was here until after midnight to get things started. He returned 2 more times to check on things. He was very knowledgeable of things and very pleasant to work with. We were very satisfied with his work.
They got hired as a third party for a project and were fantastic. From start to finish, they truly surprised me with the attention to detail and their customer service. From management to their specialists all of them are 10/10. I think in total we had like 8/9 people from them working with us on different stages of the project and all of them were amazing. Truly one of a kind.
