We have been following a Rytech van and pickup on the turnpike for the last 2 hours and can only describe their driving as erratic and dangerous. Please talk to your employees driving Southbound on the turnpike around 3pm-4pm today. It reflects poorly on your company to have employees racing around recklessly in your vehicles. Thank you.
Poor Rytech service - 3 different techs, 3 different days, 3 different messages - each person deferring to the other person, each person's decision relying on the other person's information or findings. 5 days after my water damage & still no clear direction as to how to proceed! Process improvement needed!
