RecommendedRytech is awesome!, San Diego, CA location. We came home from out of town to walk in house full of water, mildew and damaged dry wall, carpet, wood beams and broken water pipe. Not sure about the locations in Georgia, but the Rytech services in Illinois are horrid. Poor communication internally and externaly, borderline rude scheduler, and a complete waste of my time. Will never use again.
We work with Rytech quite often as they subcontract for a large regional insurance carrier providing a "peer review" of the estimates & documentation submitted for payment of emergency mitigation services which have been performed for their insureds when they experience a water loss at their property. The communication and professionalism observed by the team that came to my home was totally unacceptable. They left my bathroom sink in the back yard, they put a hole in a wall and never said anything, they put 10 fans in a very small basement and did not pick them up fpr over a week. We lost power twice with all the energy they pulled and they called me randomly to pick up the equipment while me and my wife was at work, stating they were 5 minutes away, no notice. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Absolutely worthless. Began mitigation of our home then left debris at our home and abandoned us to go to another job in Panama City , mid - job. Lazy and incompetent. Left 2 dehumidifiers leaking for 3 days and caused further damages to our home.
I am most impressed by Xavier Lambarena and his crew. They are professional, diligent, and courteous. I am glad to recommend them to other property owners!
