UPDATE: RyRo’s response to this review has unfortunately reinforced my concerns. Their public response refers broadly to my “financial circumstances, income, existing loans, conduct, credit file, financial behaviour, stability” and “genuinity”. That is particularly disappointing because the explanation communicated directly to me for why they could not assist was much more specific. Very bad experience of service from Sumit, he took my all personal details and after that he even didn’t reply, when I asked him what’s going on he told me that he will let me know at the same day…he never replied…can’t recommend
