I have an issue with a small part of my roof. I am having problems with my HOA so I'm trying to get a second opinion. I called Ryman Roofing and they took my information and said they would call me but I never got a call. I am leaving this same review on every roofer who has done this to me. I even offered to pay for the estimate because I know the HOA probably won't let them do any fixing and I want to pay the roofer for their time as it's only right. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! From the very beginning, it took weeks to finally get a quote from the 'sales rep' Ed Esposito to replace the metal roof on my 1974 trailer. Then it took weeks longer to get them to commit to an install date. When the non English speaking crew showed up, I was told it would be done in 1 day, possibly two. Then one of the installers screwed through the metal lining in numerous spots and they had to come back to replace them in a few days.
