DO NOT use this place. The whole place absolutely REEKS of pot because they store a bunch of it onsite. All of your stuff will smell like pot. So disgusting.
We received the most personable customer service at Riley Ann Storage. After a 3 plus hour drive across the state with a very unhappy baby in tow we arrived to move into our unit. Due to some bad traffic we arrived a half an hour after business hours on a Friday evening. We arrived to an empty office as everyone had gone home for the weekend and we were scrambling on what to do with out U-Haul full of stuff.
