They definitely deserve to earn a five-star rating. They were able to fix my rear derailleur protector, which came off my bike, with their screws fast and clean (the original screws were lost during the ride), and did not charge me a penny.
Just got an attachment to my bike that I've needed for awhile, great customer service, very helpful I do recommend coming here!

Best bike shop in DTLA, been coming for years after trying all the other bike shops. Ryky is young but wise, skilled and fair. Bring your bike or PEV here if you want a quality job, also they have a great selection of bikes/ PEVs with great prices
Ryky installed a bottom bracket for me in record time, and for a great price. Also bought a used saddle that I wanted for a great price. Fair prices on everything in store, I always leave feeling good about my purchases.
