What an amazing experience with Dr. Yau and the entire staff! The office is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Yau took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, giving me confidence in the next steps. He has a wonderful demeanor and genuinely cares about his patients. I originally came in for a second opinion after my son had a difficult experience elsewhere with treatment for an infection and a crown. Dr. Debbie and her staff are wonderful with children. They make them feel very comfortable and at ease during dental procedures.
5 stars for patient experience! The office is kid-friendly in every way. The staff is extremely well versed in handling patients who have anxiety or sensory issues with dental work. As a pediatric nurse, I was extremely pleased with my son’s care and so was he! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, safe and well cared for.
Absolutely phenomenal - I’ve never seen any dental practice like it. Dr. Charles was fantastic. Great bedside manner, kind, clinically excellent too. Entering Rye Smiles felt like a trip to the arcade/ Disney / never land. My daughter who is highly anxious about the thought of pain loves it there and didn’t leave for 30 mins after the appointment as she was engrossed in the entertainment section of the waiting room!! Will def recommend to all!! (My only feedback for change is please can adults see you too?!!)
Wow! This is what a Kids Dental clinic should look like...it takes away anxiety upon entry, when they see all these awesome fun things in the waiting area😊 Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, really caters to provide a relaxing experience for patients
